KEO plc

With reference to the recent publications according to which, His Beatitude the Archbishop of Cyprus in a recent interview referred to a potential merger between KEO plc and another company with similar activities, KEO plc states the following:

The above mentioned reference in the interview of His Beatitude refers to a matter of personal assessment that has not been submitted to the management of the company.

In addition it is clarified that no such potential merger of KEO plc with any other company is currently under study or examination by the company
