ANNOUNCEMENT

KEO plc (the "Company") announces that it has received a notification from the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Costas Koutsos, of his decision to resign from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company and all of its subsidiaries with effect from 23 October 2023.

Until the effective day of resignation, 23 October 2023, Mr Costas Koutsos will continue as normal with the execution of his duties as an Executive Chairman of the Company.
