ANNOUNCEMENT

KEO plc announces that the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting dated 18 October 2023, elected Mr Christos Panayides (Non executive, Independent Director) as the New Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 24 October 2023.

Until the above date, the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors continues to be held by Mr. Costas Koutsos who is leaving on 23 October 2023 according to the Company's announcement dated 13 September 2023.
