1. Mr Ioannis Charilarou resigned as President of the Audit Committee but remains as a member of the Committee.
1. Mr Christakis Papachristodoulou resigned as member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
1. Mr. Simos Hamboullas was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and elected as Chairman of the Committee.
