On October 4, 2019, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share for shareholders of record on October 31, 2019, to be paid on November 11, 2019. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated October 4, 2019, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
