14.08.2020 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda belirttiğimiz üzere Şirketimizin 330.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı dâhilinde 28.977.661 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin %659,20 oranında artırılarak 220.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılması kapsamında sunduğumuz izahname, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 13.08.2020 tarihli Bülteninde duyurulmuş olup, 14.08.2020 tarih ve E-29833736-105.01.01.01-8301 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanmıştı.

İzahnamenin yayımlandığı yerlere ilişkin bilgi, II-5.1.sayılı İzahname ve İhraç Belgesi Tebliği uyarınca Gebze Ticaret Sicili'nde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.
