Singapore, January 25, 2021. Kenon Holdings Ltd.'s (NYSE:KEN, TASE:KEN) ("Kenon") subsidiary OPC Energy Ltd. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Competitive Power Ventures group ("CPV").
