Jeroen Hemmen appointed as new CFO of Kendrion

Zeist, the Netherlands, 7 June 2019 - Kendrion announced that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that was held today, Jeroen Hemmen was appointed as Kendrion's CFO and member of the Executive Board as of 1 July 2019.
