New Group Managing Director Vink

Kendrion N.V. announces that Mr Janhein Pieterse has been appointed as Group Managing Director of the Vink Group. Mr Pieterse is the successor of Mr Steen Bødtker, who left the group on his own request as per 31 August last.

In the past Mr Pieterse (54) was employed by amongst others Van Ommeren Ceteco, Buhrman and Esselte and has a broad experience in distribution and logistics.

Mr Pieterse will start at the Vink Group as of 1 February 2006 and will have offices in the headquarters in Zeist (the Netherlands) and in Vink Holding in Trige (Denmark).

Within the Vink Group Mr Jan Smale, responsible for the Netherlands and for Central European activities of the Vink Group, is appointed as Deputy Group Managing Director.
