Amsterdam, The Netherlands - Kendrion N.V. confirms that all resolutions that were brought up for vote were adopted by the general meeting of shareholders earlier today.
Mr. Erwin Doll was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Kendrion for a period of four years. Erwin Doll is an experienced international business executive with broad automotive and industrial experience.
Mrs. Marion Mestrom was re-appointed to the Supervisory Board of Kendrion for a period of four years.
As a precautionary measure to preserve Kendrion's cash position in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kendrion did not submit a dividend distribution proposal to the general meeting of shareholders. The total net profit for the financial year 2019 in the aggregate amount of EUR 7.9 million was added to the other reserves.
