Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE: KEN), the mineral exploration and development company building vanadium, nickel and copper battery metal projects in Scandinavia has been notified that its Executive Chairman Colin Bird on 20 June 2024 purchased 1,750,000 ordinary shares of par value £0.0003 each in the Company ("Shares") ("Share Purchase").  As a result of the Share Purchase Colin Bird now has an interest in 46,819,227 Shares representing  19.2% of the Company's Shares.
