Monil Malhotra appointed as President, North America and member of Kempower Global Leadership Team

Kempower has appointed Monil Malhotra as President, North America and member of Kempower Global Leadership Team, effective as of February 1st, 2025. Monil Malhotra brings Kempower strong experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation in the industrial software and automation sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in engineering from Lamar University.

Monil joins Kempower from Emerson Electric Co., where he most recently served as Vice President of Industrial Software. In this role, he successfully transitioned the organization towards a more software-focused business, leveraging acquisitions to help customers in their journey towards automated operations.

Throughout his career at Emerson, Monil held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Projects and Sales for North America, Vice President of Latin America, and Director of Global Engineering Centers. His extensive experience spans driving growth, and leading complex initiatives across global regions.
