Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management

Item 5.02
(b) Termination or Resignation of Certain Officers.

Effective immediately, Tim Stonehocker, Senior Vice President, will assume the role of President of the Company’s Life & Health Division. In that role, Mr. Stonehocker replaces Erich Sternberg, Executive Vice President, who resigned his position with the Company on April 4, 2022 to pursue other career opportunities.
