Kemira Oyj: Change in the holding of the company's own shares

Kemira Oyj Stock Exchange Release May 9, 2016 at 1.30 pm (CET+1) On April 25, 2016 a total of 1,873 shares were returned to Kemira Oyj. Trading code: KRA1V Number of shares: 1,873 The return is related to the share issue announced on March 2, 2016. In the share issue, 294,445 Kemira shares held by the company were conveyed without consideration to 84 key employees participating in the performance period 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan. After the share delivery, the company held a total of 2,986,157 own shares. After the return of 1,873 shares on April 25, 2016 the holding of company's own shares was 2,988,030. On May 4, 2016 Kemira announced the transfer of 12,703 shares to the members of the Board of Directors as part of the remuneration. After the transfer, the company will continue to hold a total of 2,975,327 shares.
