Kemira Oyj: Members of the Board Committees

The Board of Directors of Kemira Oyj elected members from among themselves for the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee at its meeting.

The Board's Audit Committee members are Juha Laaksonen, Kaija Pehu-Lehtonen and Jukka Viinanen. The Audit Committee is chaired by Juha Laaksonen.

The Board's Compensation Committee members are Pekka Paasikivi, Kerttu Tuomas and Jukka Viinanen. The Compensation Committee is chaired by Pekka Paasikivi.

In addition, the Board decided to assemble a Nomination Committee which will consist of the representatives of the four largest shareholders as of May 31, 2010, the Chairman of the Board of Directors acting as an expert member. The Nomination Committee is to prepare a proposal for the next Annual General Meeting concerning the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors.
