Kemira Oyj: New Board of Directors to Tikkurila Oy

New Board of Directors has been appointed to Tikkurila Oy. Harri Kerminen, President and CEO of Kemira Oyj, will continue as the Chairman of the Board. Jari Paasikivi, Managing Director of Oras Invest Oy, and Petteri Walldén, who holds several board positions in private and public companies, will continue as members. New members of the Board are Senior Financial Specialist Eeva Ahdekivi from the State of Finland's Ownership steering; Ove Mattsson, member of the Board of Kemira Oyj; and Pia Rudengren, Chairman of Q-Med AB.
