SEALINK COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF GO WEST TOURS

• SeaLink’s acquisition of Go West Tours[1] was completed today

• Go West Tours is a leading resources sector bus passenger transport business operating in regional Western Australia

• Provides a platform for growth into the attractive resources sector transportation market, complementing and enhancing SeaLink’s established Australian bus operations

SeaLink Travel Group Limited (ASX:SLK) (“ SeaLink ”) advises that today it has successfully completed the acquisition of Go West Tours (“ Go West ”) from the Vendors[1] for an enterprise value of A$84.7 million[2] plus an earn-out component of up to A$25.0 million. In addition, SeaLink[3] has purchased three strategic property assets for A$3.8 million from a related party of the Vendors (together the ‘ Acquisition ’). Go West is a specialist bus passenger transport business operating in regional and remote Western Australia serving primarily the resources sector (charter, rental and tour vehicles).
