SeaLink Travel Group (ASX: SLK) (the Company) confirms that the Company’s Managing Director, Jeff Ellison, today announced a change in his shareholding in the Company, as set out in the Change in Director’s Interest Notice and Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder.
The change reflects the exercise of 750,000 options over ordinary shares, the options being issued to Mr Ellison in October 2009, prior to the Company’s listing in 2013.
Earlier this week, Mr Ellison sold 750,000 ordinary shares.
