Retirement of Director and Appendix 3Z

SeaLink Travel Group (ASX: SLK) advises that Mr. Giuliano Ursini has retired as Chair of the Company, effective of today, 30 June 2015.

Mr. Andrew McEvoy has been appointed as the new Chair of the Group and Ms. Lucy Hughes Turnbull as Deputy Chair.

The Board and staff of SeaLink Travel Group takes this opportunity to thank Mr. Ursini for his 19 years of service to the Company as Chairman.
