2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - IMPORTANT DATES FOR SHAREHOLDERS
SeaLink Travel Group Limited (ASX:SLK) (“ SeaLink ”) advises that it will be holding its 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on Tuesday 26 October 2021 at 11.00am Adelaide time.
SeaLink’s 2021 AGM will be held online (virtually) instead of at a physical location due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 travel restrictions and health considerations on shareholders, our people and community. Further details regarding the arrangements for the 2021 AGM – including details of the ways in which shareholders can participate – will be announced to ASX and communicated to shareholders in the coming weeks.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, SeaLink advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 7 September 2021.
