KELLER GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONSNotification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a) of theDisclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.On 7 March 2014 Keller Group Plc (the "Company") granted share awards(structured as options) totalling 98,662 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each inthe Company, as awarded by the Remuneration Committee under the terms of theKeller Group Performance Share Plan 2004, in respect of the year ended31 December 2013, to the Directors of the Company as set out below.The Directors informed the Company of their respective interests in theseshares on 10 March 2014.
