Keller Group plc Director Change 26 September 2014The Board of Keller Group plc announces today that its Chief Executive, JustinAtkinson, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from Keller at theend of 2015.The Company has initiated a process to identify a successor to the role.Keller's Chairman, Roy Franklin, said, "Justin is a highly effective ChiefExecutive of Keller. Under his leadership, and with the support of a strongExecutive team, the business has undergone significant transformation andoperational improvement with compound TSR growth at around 17% in the ten yearssince Justin's appointment as Chief Executive. The timing of this decisionprovides Keller with continuity of leadership and the necessary time to searchfor and appoint his successor in an orderly handover."Justin Atkinson said, "Since I joined Keller in 1990, the Group has grownsignificantly, especially in international markets with the Group now workingin over 40 countries. Particularly during recent years, this has meant an everincreasing amount of overseas travel, which is not something I can continue tocommit to. I have therefore informed the Board of my intention to retire fromKeller at the end of 2015, when I will be 55.
