In compliance of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 09th day of May, 2022, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022.
Further, as intimated earlier vide our Letter dated 26th March, 2022, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives has been closed from 01St April, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company i.e., till 11th May, 2022 (both days inclusive).
