The Management Board of KDM Shipping Group makes a statement of intention not to submit consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information.

Legal Grounds:

(i) 9, 10 and 12 of the Cypriot law 190(I)/2007 of 31 December 2007 and 72(I)/2009 of 10 July 2009 Providing for Transparency Requirements in Relation to Information About Issuers Whose Securities Are Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market; and

(ii) Article 56 section 6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering.
