Current report 4/2017 Date: 31.05.2017
The Management Board of KDM Shipping Group ("the Company") regarding their recent announcement about postponement of publication of the Consolidated Annual Report of the Company (Current Report No 3/2017) is hereby informing about the current status of the work on Annual Report. The Company has resolved its technical problems with the accounting systems in its subsidiary, which were the main reason of postponement.
Following the above the new date of publication of the Consolidated Annual Report of KDM Shipping for 2016 will be the 15th July 2017.
