KD Shipping Co. Limited Inc. subsidiary of KDM Shipping Public Limited the "Company» has sold one of its vessels, delivery of the vessel was performed end of week 12 of 2018. This decision was taken due to high cost of upcoming repair that was scheduled for the nearest future.
