AIFM Deregistration

KCR Residential REIT plc, the residential REIT group, announces that following an internal strategic and legal review it has determined that it is no longer necessary for it to maintain its AIFM status. Accordingly, KCR has deregistered as an AIFM.

The deregistration as an AIFM will have no impact on either the Company's REIT status or on the Company's ongoing operations.
