K&C REIT announces that it has been notified that all the 2,500,000 ordinary shares previously held in the name of Gravity Investment Group Limited ("Gravity"), a company controlled by Mr Christopher Bateman, a non-executive director of the Company, have been sold for £250,000 to Forbes Ventures ("Forbes"), which was satisfied by the issue to Gravity of shares in Forbes.  Forbes is a company whose shares are traded on the NEX Growth Market. Gravity now owns approximately 69.66 per cent of the issued share capital of Forbes.
