Appointment of Arden Partners as Nomad and Broker

K&C REIT is pleased to announce the appointment of Arden Partners plc ("Arden") to act as its nominated adviser and sole broker with immediate effect.

Commenting on the appointment, Dominic White, the chief executive of the Company, said, "We are very pleased to have appointed Arden as our Nomad and broker, given their proven track record in successfully supporting REITs and other property companies on AIM.  We look forward to working closely with the team."
