Appointment of a Joint Broker

K&C REIT is pleased to announce the appointment of Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited ("Peterhouse") as its joint broker.  Peterhouse will focus on non-institutional investors.

The directors of K&C REIT believe that its two brokers together have access to capital from complementary sources, which will boost the Company's ability to increase its activity in this growth and acquisition phase.
