Result of AGM

KCR Residential REIT plc, the residential REIT group, announces that, at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 21 December 2018, all resolutions were passed.

Further to the announcement of 20 December 2018, the Company also confirms that the 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued are of nominal value of 10p each.
