K&C REIT plc

Result of General Meeting

K&C REIT plc ("Company") announces that at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were passed unanimously.

As a result, the Company's existing 52,751,813 ordinary shares of 1p each will be consolidated into 5,275,182 new ordinary shares of 10p each, which will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from Monday 27 November 2017 under the Company's new name KCR Residential REIT plc.
