Result of Annual General Meeting

K&C REIT plc, the residential REIT group, announces that, at its annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. 

Pursuant to the Company's announcement on 4 December 2015, Nigel Payne and George Rolls are no longer directors of the Company.  Michael Davies has assumed the role of non-executive Chairman and Tim James the role of Managing Director.
