Cherian Crescent, Egmore, Chennai- 600 008 through Video Conferencing and other audio visual means, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020.
The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, other connected persons and shall remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020.
