Cherian Crescent, Egmore, Chennai- 600 008, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 and the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, other connected persons and shall remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021.
