EXHIBIT 1

Shareholder Dirch Ehlers has proposed that Copenhagen Airports A/S takes the initiative to:

1. Ensure, in accordance with applicable aviation legislation, that circumstances which can increase the population of large birds within CPH's 13 km zone do not occur;
2. Present a request to the Danish Nature Agency to designate and classify barnacle geese as an invasive species and to control barnacle geese internationally to reduce the number to the level of 1990 in the interest of air travel safety;
3. Present a request to the Danish Nature Agency regarding annual regulation of the large birds on Amager and Saltholm, except during the breeding season where it is proposed to control barnacle geese by showering of eggs within CPH's 13 km zone on Amager and Vestamager and where it is proposed to control graylag geese in the same way on a smaller scale;
4. Cancellation of Saltholm wildlife reservation because the preservation and the wildlife reservation has been destructive for the island and the biodiversity to the detriment of air travel safety since the number of large birds has increased irresponsibly;
5. Establishment of 4-6 feeding areas on Amager and Vestamager with nets for the purpose of reduction of migratory birds;
6. Establishment of a bird radar in 2016 to further ensure air travel safety and to create an overview of bird migration and the possibility of warning pilots in thick weather and darkness; and

7. Revaluation of safety in the area in the light of new measures, including revaluation of the rescue procedures.

The background for the proposals from Dirch Ehlers is the increasing population of barnacle geese and greylag geese and the proposer's concern for the consequences hereof for air travel safety.
