KBC Groep NV ontving een op 12 juli 2018 gedateerde transparantiekennisgeving, waaruit blijkt dat BlackRock Inc. de rapporteringsdrempel van 5% (stemrechten, zonder equivalente financiële instrumenten) neerwaarts overschreden heeft.
