Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global" or "the Company") the AIM quoted investment company who, through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan"), announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding the AGM at 10.30am on 17th January 2020, at Lakeside, Fountain Lane, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0FB.
