Grant of Options

Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global" or "the Company") the AIM quoted investment company announces that on 20 December 2018, the Board granted share options ("Options") to Larry Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Kazera Global, totalling 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), exercisable at 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

In tandem, previous share options totalling 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1pence each, exercisable at 6p per share granted to Larry Johnson have been cancelled.

The granted Options represent 3.89 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
