Receipt of payment

Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global", "Kazera" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to announce that it has received cleared funds of $385,868.51 of the first $500,000 payable by Hebei Xinjian Construction ("Xinjian") with a further payment of $700,000 expected tomorrow.

Highlights

·       In terms of the agreement for the sale of shares in African Tantalum, Kazera was to receive an initial payment of $500,000 by the end of December 2022.

·       $385,868.51 has already been received.

·       A further $700,000 is expected tomorrow, more than twice the due amount.

Dennis Edmonds, Kazera Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"The accelerated payment is a very welcome indication that Xinjian is a highly committed purchaser and would like to take ownership of Aftan sooner rather than later. As previously announced, ownership of the shares does not pass until the inter-company loan has been repaid and the equity consideration has been paid."
