Orange River Clearance Certificate and

Preliminary Exploration Drill Assay Results

Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company who, through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan"), has an interest in the Namibia Tantalite Investment Mine ("NTI" or "the Mine") in Namibia, is pleased to announce that the Environmental Commissioner of Namibia has issued Aftan with a clearance certificate for the proposed abstraction of water from the Orange River to the Mine and that the Company has received encouraging preliminary drilling results from boreholes at Lepidolite and Homestead.

Orange River Water Licence

The clearance certificate, issued by the Office of the Environmental Commissioner as part of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism ("the Ministry"), represents a significant milestone for Aftan and signifies a major endorsement by the Namibian Government for the project.

The receipt of the certificate from the Ministry is a positive step towards alleviating any concerns regarding future water availability, ensuring that projected water needs can be satisfied from the Orange River as well as water boreholes within the project licence area. A bidding process for laying the pipework will commence shortly.

Exploration Results

As part of the exploration programme to define a JORC resource on the Lepidolite and Homestead locations, Kazera is pleased to announce that it has received highly encouraging preliminary assay results from MSA Group from the boreholes drilled on the Lepidolite and Homestead pegmatites.

Recent drill results have confirmed lithium and tantalum mineralization.

At the Lepidolite Pegmatite at Tantalite Valley. Significant results include:

•              2.61 % Li2O and 603 ppm Ta2O5 over 5.2 m in borehole DHLP02

•              2.86 % Li2O and 396 ppm Ta2O5 over 4 m in borehole DHLP03

•              0.72 % Li2O and 489 ppm Ta2O5 over 5.2m in borehole DHLP04

Results from the Homestead pegmatite include:

•              0.13 % Li2O and 8,159 ppm Ta2O5 over 1.68 m in borehole DHHM01

•              0.05 % Li2O and 3,138 ppm Ta2O5 over 1.95 m in borehole DHHM03

The assay results received to date are summarized in the tables below:

1 - All holes drilled vertically except DHP03. The Lepidolite Pegmatite dips at between 20-30° to the southwest. Quoted widths are within 15% of the true thickness.

2- The Homestead Pegmatite dips at <16° to the west. All boreholes drilled at Homestead were vertical and intersection width approximate to the trues thickness of the pegmatite

* - DHLP drilled at -65° and quoted widths represent the true thickness

** - results reported as Li and converted to Li2O using a conversion factor of 2.153

Note: Some core losses were experienced through some of the mineralised intervals and null values were assigned to these zones when calculating the average grades and significant intercepts.

Larry Johnson, CEO, said:

"The certificate to access the Orange River is significant and a major positive. It is not only endorsement at the highest level for the future of the project but also ensures water supply to the mine as we continue to meet our ramp up schedule.

Our exploration campaign continues and these results have delivered high grades in both minerals. To achieve over 8,159 ppm Ta2O5 over 1.68 m is very encouraging and demonstrates the wider potential within the licence. We will consolidate these results with further drilling during the year, coupled with channel sampling within the Homestead underground ore body which will further build the confidence level of the total mineralisation within the mineable area."
