Consolidated Revenue declined by 17%

Q4 FY20

Kaya Limited posted consolidated Revenue from Operations of INR 87.1 crores for the quarter ended 31[st] March 2020, a decline of 17% over corresponding quarter ended 31[st] March 2019.

India business reported Revenue declined of 14% and International business declined by 17% over Q4 LY

Consolidated Operating EBITDA at INR 9.9 crores for the quarter ended 31[st] March 2020, as compared to INR 1.0 crores for the corresponding quarter in previous year.

Consolidated Loss after Tax and Minority Interest and exceptional items for the quarter ended 31[st] March 2020, is INR 15.2 crores compared to INR 13.0 crores for the corresponding quarter ended 31[st] March 2020.
