Director Subscription Update

Further to the announcement of 6 July 2021, Admission of the Director Subscription Shares is expected to become effective and dealings in the Director Subscription Shares will commence at 8.00am on or around Friday, 27 August 2021.

Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 404,181,686 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 404,181,686 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest, in the share capital of the Company.
