Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement of 10 November 2020 in which Kavango announced that it had conditionally raised £2,000,000 before expenses by the issue of 72,727,273 New Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at a price per share of 2.75 pence, the Company is pleased to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority approved its Prospectus on 19 November 2020 issued in connection with the placing of 72,063,636 new Ordinary Shares, the subscription of 663,637 New Ordinary Shares and admission to the Official List of the enlarged share capital of 265,682,982, and up to 244,950,808 New Ordinary Shares. The Company can issue in future up to approximately 102 million Ordinary Shares without needing to file another prospectus. The Prospectus has been published in electronic form and will shortly be available on the Company's website at:
