KAVANGO RESOURCES PLC

("Kavango" or "the Company")

Extension to KKME option

Further to the announcement on 26 November 2021, Kavango Resources plc (LSE:KAV), announces an extension to the exclusive three month option ("Option") to acquire 85.23% of KKME. Kavango now has until close of business on Monday 28 February 2022 to exercise the Option.

Other than the three-month term of the Option, which was due to expire yesterday, the terms originally described in the announcement on 26 November 2021 remain the same.
