Kavango Resources plc (LSE:KAV), the exploration company targeting the discovery of world-class mineral deposits in Botswana, announces the following Director Dealings.

David Smith, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has notified the Company that he has today purchased 173,939 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at 2.825 pence per share. A copy of the formal notification is available from the Company.
