Increase in % voting rights as a result of an issue of 7,958,575 new ordinary shares in Katoro Gold PLC to 100% owned subsidiary of Kibo Energy PLC ("Kibo"), Mzuri Exploration Services Ltd ("Mzuri"), as per Katoro Gold PLC RNS of the 8th February 2019. Kibo will hold these new ordinary shares on behalf of Mzuri.
