Şirketimizin 10.03.2025 tarihinde yapmış olduğu 2024 yılına ait Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında alınan karar ile Kar Dağıtım politikamız ve kar dağıtımı taahhüdümüz çerçevesinde, net dağıtılabilir dönem karımızdan birinci temettü matrahı olarak toplam brüt 198.000.000,00-TL kısmının nakit temettü olarak dağıtılması, nakit kar dağıtımı sonrasında kalan tutardan "Geçmiş Yıl Karları", "2024 Yılı Dönem Karı" ve "Hisse Senedi İhraç Primleri" hesabından karşılanmak üzere toplam 1.890.000.000,00-TL bedelsiz sermaye artışı yapılması ve kâr payı ödeme tarihinin 20.04.2025 olarak belirlenmiştir. 20 Nisan 2025 tarihi tatil gününe gelmesinden dolayı "Kesinleşen Nakit Kar Payı Hak Kullanım Tarihi" 21.04.2025 olarak eklenmiştir.
