On 29.12.2015, the Quentrol Ltd, a company solely owned by Karyes Investment Public Ltd., acquired 47.500 shares from the capital of "Holding Center" JSC Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, on OTC market segment through the system of Bulgarian Central Depository at a unit price 26.50 BGN per share. The payment clearing and settlement details are on DFP bases. The payment will be made within the 90 calendar days, following the day of the deal with funds from the future rise of the capital of Karyes Investment Public Ltd.
