On 29.03.2016, Quentrol Ltd, a subsidiary solely owned by Karyes Investment Public Ltd., reached an agreement for the extension of the payment period of shares from 'Holding Center' JSC Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, for a further period of 90 days. On 29.03.2016, Quentrol Ltd also purchased a further 2.000 shares from the capital of 'TEXIM CONSULTING LIMITED' Sofia, Bulgaria, at a unit price of 60.00 BGN per share. The payment will be made in 90 calendar days starting from the day of the agreement with funds from the future rise of the capital of Karyes Investment Public Ltd.
